Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (OFFICE-2422) 19.199 draw:namewith or without spaces
[ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-2422?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=18556#action_18556 ] Patrick Durusau commented on OFFICE-2422: ----------------------------------------- I don't disagree with the solution but given the nature of the restriction, can we remove it? ODF 1.1 applications will reject draw:name attributes for equations with spaces in them. Note that we could make the same argument about draw:name for draw:page, which is the only one to require the name to be unique in the document instance. > 19.199 draw:name with or without spaces > --------------------------------------- > > Key: OFFICE-2422 > URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-2422 > Project: OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) TC > Issue Type: Improvement > Components: Graphics > Affects Versions: ODF 1.2 Part 1 CD 4 > Reporter: Bart Hanssens > Assignee: Patrick Durusau > Priority: Minor > Fix For: ODF 1.2 Part 1 CD 5 > > > 19.199 lists the elements that can take a draw:name attribute > "The draw:name attribute specifies a name by which a <...> element can be referenced. " > Only 19.199.8 has an extra clause > "The draw:name attribute specifies a name by which a <draw:equation> element can be referenced. The name shall not contain spaces." > Is this intentional ? Does this mean that the other elements can have a draw:name attribute containing a value with a space in it ? -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
