Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (OFFICE-2583) Public Comment:draw:auto-grow-height and draw:auto-grow-width attributes
[ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-2583?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=18698#action_18698 ] Patrick Durusau commented on OFFICE-2583: ----------------------------------------- Dennis, The original comment was that the attribute definitions don't allow for text to *shrink.* Which is true, a text box never shrinks. If text is added *and* these attributes are present, with the value of "true," then the text box should expand in size. That is to say there is *no* default value for these attributes. If they are absent, they are simply absent. Only their presence with a true value, enables the "should" increase in size. Actually drawing object is misleading because the attribute is only evaluated for text boxes. Although I suppose an expanding text box inside a drawing object should increase the size of the drawing object as well. Can't say for sure on that one. > Public Comment: draw:auto-grow-height and draw:auto-grow-width attributes > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: OFFICE-2583 > URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-2583 > Project: OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) TC > Issue Type: Bug > Components: Graphics > Affects Versions: ODF 1.2 Part 1 CD 4 > Reporter: Robert Weir > Assignee: Michael Brauer > > Copied from office-comment list > Original author: Camille Moulin <camille.moulin@aful.org> > Original date: 1 Mar 2010 21:13:54 -0000 > Original URL: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office-comment/201003/msg00001.html -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
