- 13 of 17 voting members (76%) were in attendance, so quorum requirements 
were met.

- Membership notes: Bob Jolliffe and Steven Pemberton gain voting rights, 
Jomar Silva loses voting rights.

* Additions to agenda

- Michael: discussion of meetings for May 24th and 31st
- Michael: "needs discussion" items from JIRA

As amended, agenda approved by unanimous consent

* Meeting schedule

- The TC agreed to cancel the meetings of May 24th (Pfingstmontag in 
Germany) and May 31st (Memorial Day in US)

* Minutes of April 19 were approved by unanimous consent

*ODF 1.2

- Part 1 down to 14 unresolved / 4 unassigned issues

- Part  2: CD 02 approved, progress on remaining issues

- Part 3: in good shape, a handful of remaining issues


* ODF 1.0 maintenance

- Svante working on update  of Errata 
- Patrick as well, try to have something by Wed.
- WG6 meeting on the 28th

* JIRA issues needing discussion

- Office-2531 Michael has posted updated schemas, will send to WG6, keep 
issue open until next issue, will be in part 1 and part 3.

- Office-2532 ZIP algorithms, agreed to limit to DEFLATE and STORED

- Office-2257 Would remove extended package conformance.  Was anyone 
planning on using it?  What about other standards based on ODF packaging 
such as EPUB?

* Discussion of "Fix for" field in JIRA.   In the past set it to the 
revision an issue was fixed in.    Some debate on this.  Is it better to 
just leave it unresolved and unowned, but with a target?
