For style:conditions we indeed do not know anything about expressions in the mailing list. We should move the statement regarding the "=" into the paragraph that explains the relation between the namespace prefix and the expression syntax, and we also should limit it to OpenFormula:

The XML namespace name associated with the namespace prefix specifies the syntax and semantics of the expressions and values occurring within the condition. *Expressions defined by part 2 of this specification shall not start with an "=" (EQUALS SIGN, U+003D).*

For table:condition we have the explanations in front of the bullet list, it is therefore sufficient to add the limitation to OpenFormula.

Regarding the "The defined conditions for table cell styles, ... true-formula(formula), the formula variable ... " paragraph: We list all table cell and data style conditions, and therefore can simplify the sentence a lot: The defined conditions for table cell styles and data styles should be preceded by a namespace prefix.

For table:condition we should use the same introduction to the last bullet list as for style:condition: Within the conditions:
