Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Created: (OFFICE-2824) ODF 1.2 Part 119.779.x text:condition attributes are not required to use table:formulaexpressions.

ODF 1.2 Part 1 19.779.x text:condition attributes are not required to use table:formula expressions.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: OFFICE-2824
                 URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-2824
Project: OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) TC
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Conformance, Text
Affects Versions: ODF 1.2 Part 1 CD 5
Environment: This issue is based on the wording and location in ODF 1.2 CD05 Part 1 section 19.779.4
            Reporter: Dennis Hamilton
             Fix For: ODF 1.2 Part 1 CD 5, ODF 1.2 CD 05

At the end of each description for text:condition for elements <text:conditional-text> (19.779.2), <text:database-row-select> (19.779.4), <text:hidden-paragraph> (19.779.5), and <text:hidden-text> (19.779.6), there is the following note:

"""
Note: The formula syntax of text:condition attribute is the same as that of the text:formula attribute 19.807
"""

There is no such constraint on the syntax and semantics of text:condition in section 19.779.1 nor in the provisions for OpenDocument Document of any flavor. The note is inappropriate. At most, it could observe what the default is, but that is already covered by conformance clauses that apply to the text:condition attribute.
