The regex seems to allow commas to be placed anywhere after the first number and before the decimal place
ex. 
	1,,,12335,1,2,3,5,,, 

There doesn't seem to be a requirement for the regex to contain a number at all
ex. 
	+% 

ex.
	+e+10
