Greetings! To answer my own post, ;-), the number:truncate-on-overflow only occurs on <number:time-style> and text:time-adjust, only appears on <text:time>. The interaction of a style applied to <text:time> and the text:time-adjust isn't clear but that isn't an issue that need concern us now. Hope everyone is having a great week!
