Needs discussion: I somehow agree to Mingfei that <office:styles> may be the place for table templates, but we are stating that it is child of <office:master-styles>, even though I don't know whether there are any implementations for this.

Having that said: I have no real objections to change the parent element of table templates if there is consensus in the TC for this, but want to have a conformation for this before making the change. In particular since OOo would benefit from this change.

So I prefer OpenOffice implementation, that <table:table-template> should be the child element of <office:styles>.
