Eike: I agree that we should include the Unicode character code names and points. I don't mind if we adapt you proposal or take Dennis'. I personally would not call the "character a double quote character if that name differs from the Unicode name, what is the case. I believe that if the Uniocide charter code point has been added, there is no need to keep this issue on needs-discussion.
