Michael, I agree with your analysis showing the need to show the numeric value followed by its meaning, but, what of the last sentence in the last item that reads:

"The value shall be one of 0deg, 90deg or 270deg, or any of its equivalents in rad or grad."

That appears to say the values shall be "0deg," and not "0". 

I have entered the other correction but await other input on how to deal with this sentence.
