Re "0 degrees". This is not a valid value. In the current draft, the "0" is in Courier while "degrees" is in Arial. So, the value we are talking about is just "0". But I agree that this is not very clear. That's why I have suggested the change mentioned in the resolution. This list the value "0", followed by a colon and its meaning. Its the style we use to list other values, too.
Re "The value shall be one of 0deg, 90deg or 270deg, or any of its equivalents in rad or grad." This sentence is part of the last bullet item, which in total reads.an angle as specified in18.3.1. "an angle as specified in18.3.1. The value shall be one of 0deg, 90deg or 270deg, or any of its equivalents in rad or grad." I think it is clear that this sentence refers to only values of type angle, but not to the value listed in the other three bullet points. So, the first three item list the values "0", "90" and "270". The fourth bullet lists values of type angle.
Regarding deleting the bullet list: We have the restriction to the three angles since ODF 1.0, and while I did not research while it does exist, there are probably reasons for this. We of course may discuss whether we want to remove this limitation, but this is certainly something for ODF-Next rather than for ODF 1.2.
