Since there is some discussion about why this change can't be made in an Errata at the 1.1, level, let me point out this change:

1. From OASIS ODF 1.0 Standard:

[ZIP] , .ZIP File Format Specification,
http://www.pkware.com/products/enterprise/white_papers/appnote.txt, PKWARE Inc., 2004.

2. From OASIS ODF 1.0 Errata 02:

Replace the URL of the ZIP application note with:
"http://www.info-zip.org/doc/appnote-19970311-iz.zip";
Delete the text:
"PKWARE Inc., 2004."

This was overtly/blindly done to slide an IS 26300 defect-report repair worded as if it equally applicable to ODF 1.0, the only thing we can make Errata against.
