Resolution:
These errors do not exist in OASIS Approved Errata 02, where we gave only clause references. But in the ISO/IEC corrigenda we provided page references in addition to the clause references. In these three cases the page references are missing.
No changes necessary for OASIS Approved Errata 02. Recommend that Project Editor supply missing page number reference for editing instructions in DCOR2.
