This is essentially the same as test00.  The main visible difference is the
introduction of a Table of Content that correctly lists and hyperlinks to
all of the headings, including for Appendix sections.

Document Description:
This is a later version of the ODF 1.1 Errata 01 wd00 test01 document.

This version confirms the correct creation and hyperlinking of a table of
contents that includes Appendix sections.

There are some minor touch-ups but nothing substantive in the content
itself.

Although there are some font-handling and style issues that make it more
difficult to make the errata instructions by simple copy and paste, this
document does demonstrate the uniformity that can be achieved.
