* Agenda  approved by unanimous consent

* The meeting minutes of September 19th were approved by unanimous 
consent.

* Discussion: ODF maintenance. 

- Dennis: Working on drafts of ODF 1.1 Errata 01 -- wd 03 expected soon.

- Discussion of considerations on template, synching with ISO and Cor on 
AMD1.

Dennis:  Recent WG6 call -- latest draft of amendment has been posted

* Discussion: ODF 1.2

- Ballot has been issued, will run to October 29th. 

- Then publication stage.

- OASIS press release scheduled for October 4th or 5th

- Note the process for submission to ISO:

- Will require RER (Referencing Explanatory Report) from Pkware for our 
use of ZIP AppNote (ISO requirement)

* Discussion: ODF 1.3

- Patrick on possible ways of linking specification inline notes with JIRA

Rob: if we had consistent way to encode location of new JIRA issues (part, 
section) then we could insert notes to unresolved JIRA issues.

Patrick: Can we have a common understanding that the JIRA resolution field 
is the actual resolution.
