The ballot question reads "Shall the TC approve "ODF Change Tracking:
Analysis and Proposals Version 1.0" WD04 as a Committe Note Draft 01?"
So this is primarily not about "Voting for the report is therefore a
vote to say we want to get that feedback to inform how we move forward
with change tracking." but to create a committee note draft. So a vote
in favour is about being happy with that document.
