I understood the request to be for the ability to convert numbers into negative base 2.
Meaningless for bases other than 2 to be sure but is that the answer to a need for numbers expressed as negative base 2?
The default is being proposed as 10 digit but to support values up to 64 (I understand that as a separate issue from the negative base 2 issue.)
Are there any negative base expressions other than base 2? (Just in case.)
