Sorry about that.  The transition
did not go as smoothly as I had hoped.  Aside from the text of the
invite, we had discussed this time change on a couple of TC calls, and
I did send this note to the list:

But that hyperlink in the meeting invite
was certainly wrong.  

Again, my apologies.   Fortunately,
it appears that no one lost voting rights because of this confusion, so
