Resolution:
Modify the sentence in the first paragraph of 9.5.3/Enhanced Path to read
"Instructions such as ... and other instructions together with their parameters determine the geometry of a shape which can be filled and/or stroked."
This issue is resolved based on the conclusions of the ODF TC discussion on 2013-01-21. The resolution is retained in ODF 1.1 Errata 01 WD06.
