could use more implementor feedback, drafting spec language on wiki

-- ODF 1.2 PAS submission: Rob says Explanatory
Report draft is done, now working on OASIS side of the process

-- ODF 1.1 Errata -- Dennis to upload revision,
should be able to call for CSD ballot at next call
