Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (OFFICE-3851) Public Comment: About OpenDocument Format and units "at"/"atm"

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-3851?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=36264#action_36264 ]

Andreas Guelzow  commented on OFFICE-3851:
------------------------------------------

The message on the comment list says:

"Indeed, here are the equivalent values in Pascal:
"at" = technical atmosphere = 1.0197×10−5 Pa
"atm" = standard atmosphere = 9.8692×10−6 Pa"

referring to
http://physics.nist.gov/Pubs/SP811/appenB8.html

I would like to note that according to that reference
"at" = technical atmosphere = 1.01325×10−5 Pa
"atm" = standard atmosphere = 9.80665×10−6 Pa

I have no idea where the values in the original comment list message come from.
