4.  ODF Maintenance Update (ODF 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, Errata, PAS Submission,
etc.) 
Received mail from Francis Cave (SC34) regarding
BRM schedule:
- Postive feedback that we (ODF TC) are working
on the comment dispositions and that we are planning to deliver in time
for the proposed BRM
- Chris will attend in person
- Patrick attendance, at least via teleconference
system, is appreciated
- Oliver will follow up with Francis C. and
John Haug regarding the teleconference system
  [done already; got feedback that they
are working on it]


5.  PAS Submission comments 
- progress on corresponding JIRA issues OFFICE-3865...OFFICE-3873
- JIRA query/filter https://issues.oasis-open.org/issues/?filter=11470
-- discussion of open JIRA issues:
--> OFFICE-3867: TC agreed on a resolution
- see JIRA issues for details

--> OFFICE-3869: feedback from National
Body and Dennis H.; expert needed; Rob volunteered to have a closer look

--> OFFICE-3873: feedback from National
Body; general agreement that change tracking needs improvement, but disagreement
on the suggested resolution from National Body; continue work on concrete
resolution on the mailing list

6. 10th ODF Plugfest, Dec. 8-9 2014, London
(UK)
- presence of OASIS ODF TC at this event
-- Oliver will not attend in person
-- Jos and Svante will attend, Andras is
also planning to attend
-- discussion who and how to present the
OASIS ODF TC
--> agreement that the three will take
over with responsibilities as a team; Rob's presentation from a former
ODF Plugfest (http://www.robweir.com/blog/publications/berlin-plugfest/ODFUpdate.odp)
can be used;


7.  ODF 1.3 

a. Change Tracking

b. Reports on the work regarding new specification drafts and corresponding
action items 
Patrick will soon post new drafts

c. New JIRA issues since last TC call

--> consensus to resolve as proposed.


d. New comments on the comments list since last TC call 
[none so far]


8.  Adjournment

Adjourned 16:32 UTC+2 
Next planned TC call at 2014-12-08. We agreed that this will be a working
call (not counting for voting rights) as the 10th ODF Plugfest is taking
place in parallel and at least three TC members are attending in person.
