ODF 1.0 schema location & license header

Dear TC,

the RNG schema of ODF 1.0 can be found at

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/12571/OpenDocument-schema-v1.0-os.rng

and

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/12569/OpenDocument-strict-schema-v1.0-os.rng

while all later RNG are on the http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/ server such as..

http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.2/os/OpenDocument-v1.2-os-dsig-schema.rng
http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.1/OS/OpenDocument-schema-v1.1.rng

http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.1/OS/OpenDocument-strict-schema-v1.1.rng

The Apache ODF Toolkit (incubating) project is downloading these RNG for the purpose of automated source creation and testing, but recently fail to download the ODF 1.0 RNG version.

Would it be possible to copy the ODF 1.0 RNG files to 

http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.0/

In addition it would be helpful to have an explicit open copyright in the files to be able to bundle/store the RNG files in an Apache project.
