Improve Project descriptions on JIRA

Hi Patrick,

There click on 'Administration' (upper left).

In the left link list click on 'Versions'. When you click right side of 
the text 'ODF-Next' in the line 'ODF-Next', you switch it to edit mode 
and you can enter the description.

I think, it is the same page, which you need to add the new version 'ODF 
later'.

The above mentioned page and the subpages linked from the left list 
(including 'Versions') are visible too, if you are not logged in. But 
only after login you get the option 'Administration'.
