What is CSD?

Hi,

looking at the issues from the current list, I come across fix version 
"ODF 1.3 CSD 01" and "ODF 1.3 CSD 02" and see similar "ODF 1.3 CSD 03" 
and "ODF 1.3 CSD 04" in the "Version"-administration. What is the 
purpose of these? As far as I have searched, only 7 issues have such 
version target.
