Regina has a question on using CSD (Committee Specification Draft) as a

The short answer is that our use of one issue versions isn't consistent
with OASIS naming rules.

The longer answer, well, I'll try to put something together for
tomorrow. So long as we are consistent and in agreement, I don't think
it will be a problem.
