Subject: Chat nodes - 12 Dec 2016

Greetings!anonymous morphed into Jos van den Oever
anonymous morphed into Thorsten
Patrick: 7/10 quorum
Patrick: When to consider proposals?
Michael Stahl: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-1437
Michael Stahl: this issue has a proposal now and is ready for voting
Patrick: Put new proposals on agenda one week, take up for discussion
the next week. Notice in a meeting counts as well.
Patrick: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-1502
Patrick: Assigned to Patrick
Patrick: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-1503
Patrick: Implemented in LO?
Thorsten: sorry, phone got disconnected - /me tries to redial
Patrick: RedOffice - successor Ubuntu Kylin
Jos van den Oever: thorsten do you know if diagonal table cell
separators are implemented in LO?
Thorsten looks
Patrick: https://sourceforge.net/projects/ossii-oxoffice/
Thorsten: nah, don't think so - the original proposal from redflag went
nowhere -
Thorsten: Michael: or have we?
Patrick: Jos will check and report back next week -
Patrick: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-1514
Patrick: table:table-row overrrides table:table-column, table-column
should override this attribute on table:table
Patrick: interaction with table:template? don't know how this will act
together - Regina
Patrick: table:table-templates (16.18 in ODF 1.2)
Patrick: First Column <table:first-column> 16.19.4
 Last Column <table:last-column> 16.19.5
 First Row <table:first-row> 16.19.2
 Last Row <table:last-row> 16.19.3
 Even rows <table:even-rows> 16.19.7, odd rows <table:odd-rows> 16.19.8
(Banded
Rows)
 Even columns <table:even-columns> 16.19.9, odd columns <table:odd-columns>
16.19.10 (Banded Columns)
 Body <table:body> 16.19.6
Patrick: Michael - all the other styles are optional except for
<table:body> so there will always be a cell style
Patrick: if template called, then default styles should not be applied -
but we don't say that - why are there two different default mechanisms?
(Michael)
Patrick: one defaulting mechanism for spreadsheets, table template for
documents?
Patrick: Need to call out the distinction between the two defaulting
mechanisms in ODF 1.3 - (new issue) -
Patrick: Can specify a default style by using table:template for the use
case in question.

Close Office-1514.

Hope everyone is having a great week!

Patrick
