I suggest to remove the logarithmic scaling of the x-axis.

For the commonly used values for <table:null-date> and present time, the calculation needs to use values of about 40000 to 44000. That interval is relative small in relation to the high base value. Therefore the linear scale does not differ much from a logarithmic scale. But to get a sensible grid and graph you need a major grid interval in the magnitude of 0.001. That contradicts the domain of chart:major-interval-value.
