Collection of Technical Terms

Hi members,
does there already exists a collection of technical terms or a keyword 
index or a glossary?

I mean such:

Term: formatting property
where defined: 17.1
Definition: Formatting properties are attributes and child elements of 
formatting properties elements, which are described in this chapter, and 
which are child elements of style elements.
