I don't anticipate resolving the markup extension issue today but would appreciate your comments on adaptation of the OOXML mechanism (I guess that gives away my thoughts on the subject), after which it can be pursued on the mailing list, etc.

Just a typo/grammar error. Reset to minor but since it was on the list, let's approve today.

Please review the blocking issues for voting on assignee, proposal, etc. on October 2, 2017.

I have attached to this email: Comparison of extensibility features in ODF and OOXM by Francis Cave (BSI) as this is an issue at ISO as well.

b. https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-1148 Demand for modification of ODF file format about regression curvein spreadsheet - Notice, a new proposal was filed in 2015.
