Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (OFFICE-1141) Public Comment: Expand CONCATENATE() to Ranges

    [ https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OFFICE-1141?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=67832#comment-67832 ]

Andreas Guelzow commented on OFFICE-1141:
-----------------------------------------

In Gnumeric, concat and concatenate are synonyms and they implement COM.MICROSOFT.CONCAT. Specifically =concatenate(I1:K1) is the same as =concat(I1:K1).

In LibreOffice 5.0.3.2, =concatenate(I1:K1) is the same as ==com.microsoft.concat(I2:K2). So how do these functions differ in LibreOffice? Does LibreOffice in fact implement the ODF function CONCATENATE?
