Patrick: Regina - need to talk about comment on comment list -
Patrick: Add comment to agenda - Regina - put on top of agenda
Patrick: agenda approved by consent
Patrick: Regina - need such an attribute, otherwise can't be written
Patrick: Regina moves to create an issue, to be followed by a proposal
Patrick: So moved by consent
Patrick: Annotating with both Romanization and Zhuyin is a practical way to indicate the reading to readers who know only one of these systems, as well as helping study of or enquiries about the other one. Normally, when Romanization and Zhuyin are both provided, the Zhuyin are placed on the right side of the Han character while Romanization is set at the bottom of the Han character in horizontal writing mode and to the left side in vertical writing mode.
Patrick: for completeness sake, remember to address the right-to-left placement issue
Patrick: presentation at Fosdem site on the TC's operation
Patrick: "default subtotal text" is not defined. It is not clear, what text is displayed, if the table:function value is not "auto" or in case it is "auto", but attribute table:display-name does not exist.
Patrick: Regina's question is where do we find the label for the sub-total
Patrick: not where but the content of it
Patrick: Contact Andras to request response to Regina's comments and to submit a revised proposal
Patrick: Andreas - can have a cell drop down of values - with a style -
Patrick: Michael says you can put a table inside a frame and then the frame inside a paragraph
Patrick: Frame has the same problem, graphics style family
Patrick: Regina proposes we follow this proposal and add to spec
Patrick: Office-3881 is approved for addition to ODF
Patrick: does in-between include the bounding values? Regina says implementations do. But there are more problems
Patrick: take up Office-3880 two weeks for today
