Resolution: (was: Discussed on TC call of 2014-01-06
Will fix in ODF 1.3. Implementor should review and see if their current ODF 1.2 implementations make this same error. )
was discussed in TC call 2018-02-12 - we certainly didn't decide to do what the resolution field says, so i'm clearing that now.

*Patrick:* Excel confuses these, should retain for interoperability reasons
*Patrick:* Michael - could define new units to represent the correct values
*Patrick:* Andreas says we need to say what the correct values are, even if we continue the confusion
*Andreas J Guelzow:* =convert(1,"atm","Pa") is 101325 in both Excel2016 and Gnumeric
