Patrick: Office-3867 - approved the language in JIRA
Patrick: submissions by Regina and Andreas answer the index issues but there remains a question where Excel and Gnumeric conflict with LO. make a new issue of row or column order - keep the current one for correct indexes
Patrick: use Regina's file to solve the index issue, - remove "In case knownX are omitted or an empty parameter, and the above mentioned sequence is used as ersatz for ." from Regina's file.
Patrick: Andreas will create new JIRA issue for the row or column order question, Regina is submitting a revised change document for this issue
Patrick: Question on the proper display of equations, baselines, etc. Regina suggests manual alignment when the document is finished.
Patrick: Andreas - ones that have been edited are now correct, untouched ones are not
Patrick: Office-3948 approved for application of Regina's fix.
Patrick: Michael/Regina, better to have a different element name
Patrick: would creator-initials draw attention to its relationship to the creator of the annotation
Patrick: Regina - meta would be a more suitable namespace
Patrick: Regina - creator-initials problematic because you can change initials while dc:creator remains the same - taken from the user settings - if changed while editing the old notes have prior value and new notes have the new setting

Patrick: options -> First/last_name/initials - when filled in, only takes the first letter of first name and last name. Doesn't allow multiple terms in either field. but you can edit initials - thus, Patrick Durusau -> PD but can edit to PLD
