Patrick: Calligra uses table:table as in the proposal and without a namespace -
Patrick: MS office supports this only for Word - not for Powerpoint for example - single paragraph for each cell
Patrick: Regina reporting on MS behavior
Patrick: Regina - LibreOffice - custom shapes in writer, in own namespace
Patrick: Regina - overhead to have it now so would support the proposal
Patrick: Andreas - no objections to making it easier to do.
Patrick: Michael - would look different from para - frame - table ; versus para , para , table sequence - Michael also likes proposal

Patrick: resolve and set both issues Office-2092 and Office-3751 to ODF 1.4
Patrick: fix in 1.3 as editorial
Patrick: Michael likes the idea of the proposal but it doesn't fix the most serious issue, that is that every stream in the file is separately encrypted
Patrick: Michael suggests encrypting the entire zip file so there is only one key generation
Patrick: zip has an encryption mechanism but different from what we have for ODF
Patrick: MS Office has a similar encryption of the entire file at one time
Patrick: Michael - need to specify a strong algorithm
Patrick: Michael - set to ODF 1.4 and needs to be investigated in more detail
Patrick: ignore the ODF 1.3 for fix version
Patrick: task and set to ODF 1.4?
