Shouldn't we expand this issue to include <table:error-message>? Reasoning that if help messages should be multilingual then so should error messages.

Do we need separate issues on <text:description> for text input and <form:title> for tool tips/messages?

Thinking if we are going to bite the bullet on multiple <text:p> elements distinguished by lang, we should do it for all cases.
