Subject: RE: [oic] comments on interop report and assertion tests
Hi Alan,
hmm, haven't thought about that...
At the moment, I'm using the (draft) markup of the TAG TC, which doesn't seem to provide
an ID-attribute for the prerequisite (but they do welcome every suggestion)
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=31406&wg_abbrev=tag
(original XML version of my first attempt, might make more sense than the HTML)
http://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/oic/TestSuite/branches/barth/assertions/xml/metadata-dc-creator.xml
So if I understand it correctly, you'd like to see something like this:
<prerequisite id="1">Foo must be bar</prerequisite>
And have test assertion 1, 2, 42, 543, ... refer to this prerequisite ID ?
Best regards,
Bart

Was having the Prerequisites stated as an ID instead of a descriptive sentence discussed? Using an ID would have the benefit of being more 'exact'. Using ID(s) as prerequisites would also provide /(help us to develop) an assertion chain.
