Whoops... I've added the normative source :-)

The data was already in the XML, but there was a apply-templates missing
in the XSLT I wrote, hence the missing reference to the spec...

I regenerated the HTML so the references should be there now in the
"Shared" part

Autch, I still have to fix the PrescriptionLevel: in the XML, I set
the level to "required", with the prerequisite that the implementation
supports the element (since the spec does not mandate the use of meta-
data)

So that would boil down to:
- IF implementation supports Foo THEN it MUST do it like Bar

Is that correct ?
