Ok, second attempt for the application scenario testing, taking into account most of Rob's comments.

I didn't include the template as an appendix (yet), that template still is a separate document:

I also removed the submit/approve part. As Rob suggested, that part should actually become a Standing Rule rather than be an actual part of the "specification" (so I'll probably have to create a new document to, well..., document it ;-)
