new ApplicationScenarioTesting draft

Hi,

I've uploaded a new version of the ApplicationScenarioTesting (the one I'd
like to get approved as an Committee Draft)

It contains minor changes:

- cosmetic changes (still struggling with my wordprocessor to get the
numbering correct: 6.2 keeps reverting to 0.1)

- use of bold ISO/IEC shall/may... words, just like ODF itself (instead of the
IETF wording)

- copied a bit more text into the abstract
