Are there indications of any other content that is broken as a result of this 
upgrade?  I haven't seen anything catch my eye, but since it's not my 
content, I may have missed it.  

I think a script that converts the improperly formatted self links to the 
proper format would be rather simple to implement, since the actual proper 
format for those links did not change with the software upgrade.

Let me know if I can help at all.  I certainly could have saved you a lot of 
time and research so far had it been brought to my attention a little sooner.  
In the future, you can submit issues you discover with our services to 
support@oasis-open.org to get more eyes on the problem.
