Copyright Notice on TestSuite pages

I'm not sure what you have in mind for those OIC SVN TestSuite folders that have empty.html pages as their only content.  

Whatever the purpose, I suspect that the Copyright Notice "2009 Copyright OASIS OIC TC" on those and other HTML pages doesn't work.  Compare

with the kind of notice used at
<http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.2/part3/cd01/OpenDocument-package-metadata-v1.2-cd1.owl>

I suspect that the proper notice is "Copyright © OASIS Open 2009. All Rights Reserved." (with use of "2010" for new pages next year and "2009-2010" for 2009 pages updated rather than replaced next year).

I would hope that the remaining notice information would not have to appear on every page, but could be at a higher folder level (say, the same place as the CSS file) and linked to from subordinate pages.

But I'm not the authority on this.  We should consult Mary McRae.
