As discussed during TC call,  it makes sense to use "wall clock time" instead of CPU time.

I agree that there are still many interpretations (focus or not...), but IMHO there is little gain in creating a super-detailed spec on this, so I'm trying to find the right balance between clarifying the ODF 1.1 spec and overdoing it...
