advisory on sub documents / ODF 1.2

Hi,

my next advisory will be about the infamous trailing "/" in xlink:href pointing to the root of a sub document

IIRC there was consensus that a trailing slash should be used, but this isn't mentioned in the latest CD of
ODF 1.2 part 3 (but perhaps I'm missing something). Shouldn't that be clarified in ODF 1.2 ?
(probably I'd better create a ticket in the ODF TC's Jira)
