Strange that your calendar shows two entries. 

Anyway, as a general rule, we keep the US time constant.

So that would be 6.30 AM in LA, 9.30 in Boston, 15.30 Brussels and (if I calculate it correctly) 14.30 UTC

I have two different invitations on my calendar, one for 8:30 and one for 9:30.
