(And yes, I am holding off on the big questions -- statement of purpose and scope.  We still have some "big picture" side discussions ongoing, and when these are resolved we may have greater consensus on the big questions.  Or maybe we won't.)

So as to refocus the discussion and get these two questions dealt with I have updated the Anticipated Audience page by including a spreadsheet for the various audience types along with their definitions:

• Implementors & Vendors: Commercial and Open Source distributors of ODF native or compatible applications and tools.
• Integrators & Developers: Third-party developers and integrators who interact with ODF.
• Users: End Users of ODF applications and tools, including both typical and 'power' users.
• Procurers & Purchasers: Procurers and purchasers of ODF-related technology.
• Regulators & Authorities: Officials who specify the use of document standards.
• Testers & Certifiers: Third-party testing and certification labs.
  

I've tried to include all the feedback received on this thread and be reasonably verbose (eg specific) with the titles and definitions; let me know if I've got it wrong or if there's anything I've missed. Unless there's more commentary this round it's over to you for the next question(s).
