Just as suspected. IBM is unwilling to disclose its real agenda for this TC. Unless you disclose IBM's real agenda for this TC, the only reasonable inference from surrounding circumstances and from your proposals, decisions as this meeting's leader, and your responses to proposals carefully designed to actually achieve a specification requiring interoperable implementations is that this proposed TC is nothing but smoke and mirrors to distract public attention from the negotiation among the big vendors on the ODF TC. We've all been deceived folks. The big vendors don't want folks watching their real negotiation. There is nothing to this proposed TC actually intended to achieve the interoperability of ODF implementations. Regretfully, Paul E. Merrell, J.D.
