Comments to the ODF TC can be sent by the public (no
OASIS membership required) to the ODF TC comment list.  Information
on signing up for the Comment List is here:  http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/comments/index.php?wg_abbrev=office

Note that this list can be used for feedback on any
ODF version, not just ODF 1.2.

We have not approved an ODF 1.2 draft ready for public
consumption yet.  We're still restructuring it in some major ways.
 But if you want to see the work-in-progress, you can see draft 7-3
