At today's IC-SC meeting we discussed the issues for TLS 1.3 (#49), Requiring Mutual Authentication (#5), and Authentication Requirements (#6). A comment has been added to each in GH to summarize the "sense of the room" from today's discussions. I'll also begin preparing pull requests to implement the consensus on each to permit the SC to review specific changes.
