        Dear OpenC2 TC Members,

We are a few days from the December 20th OpenC2 TC Meeting. The previously posted minutes for the 15 November OpenC2 TC meeting were revised based on comments received from members. 

Additional links to the Implementation Considerations SC's Googledocs were added. A footnote was added with a link to the OpenC2 Face to Face registration. A link to the Language Subcommittee's workplan was added.

Please read in advance of our upcoming TC meeting as we will be voting to approve the minutes and ultimately recognizing the voting status of our members.
